Willis died Sept. 1 when his cruiser sank into a canal on his way to work along Southern Boulevard in Lake Worth. The viewing will be from 9 until 11 a.m. Tuesday Sept. 15 with the memorial service immediately following, at the Masonic Scottish Rite Temple, 2000 North D Street, Lake Worth.
